While we've indulged in our fair share of High Teas, a new menu always gets us excited to revisit some of our classic favourites.
High Tea by Cordis has worked hard to include a range of inclusive High Teas.
Our favourite has to be the vegan menu; all of the pleasure, none of the guilt. Changing things up for the colder months, Executive Chef Volker Marecek and his team have created a brand new seasonal menu – perfect for celebrating the commencement of Level 1 (and life being somewhat back to normal).
Served on porcelain china, you'll be treated to a palate cleanser of ginger shots and roasted eggplant with fennel and caviar. Following those, treat yourself to the beetroot, pear and vanilla energy bar with cinnamon roasted pumpkin, and a sweet corn explosion served with corn chips and seasonal grilled vegetables.
You'll also receive an array of fresh finger sandwiches and coconut milk scones, with artisan jam and a soy whip. For dessert, work your way through their coconut and lime finger tart, a pear, feijoa and tonka verrine, and a vegan inspired St Honore.
If you're feeling confused, we can assure you – it's all astoundingly delicious.
Cordis also offers gluten-free and dairy-free options on request, tweaking ingredients to create the same delicious mouthfuls.

The seasonal menu sees delights such as their sweet corn explosion on corn chips with pork belly and a pear and feijoa caramel cake with Tonka bean mousse, all served with fresh scones, artisan jams, and clotted cream.
