Kick off your yum cha session with their signature sashimi and nigiri, with your choice of options such as tuna, kingfish, snapper, trevally, john dory, and pacific oysters – or if that's simply too hard of a decision, the chef's selection is our favourite option for getting the best fish of the day.
Moving on, help yourself to small dishes from the Perrier-Jouët yum cha trolley including crayfish tacos, beef tataki, cucumber pickled plum maki, soft shell crab maki, and spicy tuna maki.
Each bite-sized piece is served up on a picturesque plate, and perfect for sharing around the table.
If you're after hot dishes, MASU has you covered with a range of their signature dishes, prepared in front of you in the open kitchen. Ordering from the a la carte menu, you can opt for dishes such as their beloved lamb cutlets, black origin wagyu & kimchi gyoza, prawn & mussel okonomiyaki, black cod croquettes, prawn tempura, and an extensive list straight from the robata grill.

Our favourite is always the Shiro miso pavlova and MASU's chocolate pudding. However, if you're looking to splurge, we have to put you on to the dessert platter – with enough to please the table, whilst getting to sample each decadent dessert.
