UPDATE 1ST SEPTEMBER: Due to the Alert Level 3 restrictions in Auckland during the month of August, Restaurant Month has been extended until the end of September. Which means you can catch more than 140 restaurants special menus for four more weeks! Happy Dining.

Restaurant Month in Auckland is all about celebrating our diverse range of cuisines, techniques, cultural backgrounds, and styles. Restaurants all across the city take part to create special dishes, offer discounted rates, and showcase their culinary skills in a range of exciting activities and opportunities for diners.

It's the perfect opportunity to try some of the city's best gastronomy at a fraction of the usual price, allowing you to discover new favourite eateries and expand your comfort zone when it comes to food.

This August marks Restaurant Month's 10th anniversary, with more than 140 eateries joining in on the fun. With more restaurants than ever before participating, Restaurant Month has included a $15 & Under special menu, additional to their $25, $40, and $55+ menus.

The restaurants range from fine dining to casual takeaway eateries with places such as Burgerfuel, Lowbrow, The Goodluck Coconut, Hitea, Ebisu, Hello Beasty, Dirty Laundry, Monsoon Poon, Odette's Eatery, Best Ugly Bagels, Culprit., Kai Eatery, Ortolana, Reign & Pour, The Mexican Cafe, Masu by Nic Watt, SOUL Bar & Bistro, iVillage at Victoria, Lobster & Tap, Cassia, Ostro, and Pilkington's appearing on the lineup.

Opt for a quick bite to eat with Hawker & Roll's $15 lunch and dinner offer including a Hawker Roll, house soda, and a tart, or dress to the nines and head to The Sugar Club for a $79 three-course meal. There's an offer to suit every taste.

Some of our favourite $15 & Under standouts include Ramen Daikoku's $15 tonkutsu with croquettes and mini spring rolls, Miss Clawdy's $15 3-piece chicken and fries dish, and Sweat Shops $10 10-inch pizzas and $1 hot dogs.
