A new winter menu has arrived at the legendary Cordis – just in time for the school holidays, with plenty of treats for the little ones. Known famously for their Eight restaurant with eight interactive kitchens, Eight is an exemplary restaurant of adventurous eating, putting all the power into your hands.

Usually, you'd be able to work your way around the kitchen and interact with the chefs, creating dishes to your specific liking – but, as the restaurant undergoes a little facelift to expand, the interactiveness of the kitchens is temporarily on pause, but plenty of the same great food is still available at the Cordis Winter Buffet hosted in their Great Room.

On the savoury side, indulge in a variety of authentic curries and naan bread, succulent roast of the day, seasonal vegetables, sushi, sashimi, salads, cheeses, braised ribs, slipper lobster, cooked crab, and garlic prawns, all using the freshest produce available. But, trust us when we say you want to leave room for dessert.

The Cordis Winter Buffet will have their deluxe chocolate fondue fountain up and running, with an array of dip-able fruits and sweets. As well as their candy floss machine, churning out perfect spirals of cotton candy for kids and kidults alike.

Additionally, Cordis has a range of drinks to accompany your meal, from classic cocktails and local wines to coffees and juices.
