This weekend marks Auckland Anniversary – The first long weekend of the year, perfectly situated in the sweet spot of Summer. And, one thing we look forward to the most on the long weekend is St Jerome's Laneway Festival falling on the Monday. Returning to Auckland's Albert Park, the one-day festival is full of sunshine, great music, and good vibes. With big names like The 1975, Charli XCX, Ruel, Earl Sweatshirt, and Rufus Du Sol headlining, it's hard to imagine they could add even more to top it off, but low and behold, they have.
Dropping the food truck vendors for the event, Laneway has increased FOMO madly for those left ticketless, because we all know no festival is complete without a quick food-break midway through. Cult favourites Duck Island ice cream, Double Dutch Fries, Wise Boys, Hapunan, Atomic Coffee, Peach's Hot Chicken, Taco Loco, Ramen Takara, Nice Blocks x Little Island Creamery, Lord of the Fries, and The Rolling Pin will be there, amongst even more wonderful and delicious (and plant-based!) vendors.
Alongside the food truck lineup, Laneway has also announced the launch of their brand new Craft Beer Bar, featuring Urbanaut, Zeffer, Parrot Dog, and Garage Project to keep you cool in the summer heat. Check out the full lineup below and grab your last minute tickets here to make the most of your Monday off!
