Fashion legends, brand icon since way back when, and now... restauranteurs? In their endeavour into the hospitality industry, Louis Vuitton with their parent company LVMH will be trying their hand at navigating the ups and downs of opening a restaurant. Debuting on February 15th, Le Café V will sit on the fourth floor at their flagship boutique store in Osaka, Japan, reportedly with an adjoining bar and sizeable terrace. Next to the bar will sit Sugalabo V, an open kitchen serving some very lucky guests dinner. Louis Vuitton have recruited famed chef, Yosuke Suga, to create their menu, which we may guess will be produce-driven if Yosuke's previous work is anything to go by. Although there is no word on pricing or availability just yet, we're sure there may just be a little bit of waitlist.
