It's the perfect time to pick up a skill and experiment in the kitchen, as we all know we're going to grow very bored of eating the same three dishes recycled. Learn a practical skill while also engaging in a bit of virtual-socialising with Nonna Nerina – Italy's 84-year-old famous pasta-making grandmother.

Unable to host her usual cooking classes in the countryside just out of Rome, they've had to take it to the internet to keep everyone safe while still in indulging in their mouth-watering authentic pasta dishes.

Using family recipes from classic fettuccine to ravioli with butter sage sauce, Nerina and her grand-daughter take you step-by-step through making your own bowl of pasta, saying if you can't get to Italy in these troubling times then they'll bring Italy to you!

Simply register and pick a time that works for you, although Nonna Nerina is only available on weekends, her family members step up to the plate every other day of the week with the same recipes.

A week before your virtual class, you'll be sent an ingredients list (most of which will already be in your kitchens!). And then, voila – Your online class begins.
