The Bavarian Brings Out A Jack Daniel's Schnitzel
Eager to switch up one of their most popular menu items for November, the legendary meat-lovers down at The Bavarian have given their Schnitzel a southern-makeover. The Jack Daniel’s Southern Schnitzel is inspired by flavours of the Southern USA, including Tennessee Whiskey, resulting in a lightly spiced buttermilk coating and yoghurt brine, covered by a 10-spice flour layer before being fried to crispy perfection. Arriving hot to your table with a side of chipotle potato gems, creamy cabbage slaw, and a side of Frank's hot sauce and Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. The schnitzel goes down a treat with any of the Bavarian's German beers or seasonal spring cocktails, enjoyed on their rooftop location. You can book into The Bavarian here to get your hands on the Jack Daniel's special.
