The Stable's Oktoberfest Feast
Make a scenic trip out to The Stables in Whitford to enjoy one last weekend with their Oktoberfest menu. Enjoy their hearty Bavarian menu including giant pretzels, bread dumplings, Obatzda, sausages, and plenty of steins. Available until the 17th October, this weekend is the perfect time to saddle up and hit the peaceful little town of Whitford for a lazy afternoon tasting platter.
K Road's Mac N Cheese Festival
8am this Saturday marks the start of the long-awaited and much anticipated Loaded Mac n Cheese Festival, hosted by K'Road's Pie Piper. After a wee bit of rescheduling due to lockdowns, we're happy to see the festival finally kicking off this weekend. Think plenty of different mac n cheese dishes, including two vegan options, and a whole lot of tasty side dishes and sweet dessert pies to end on. The festival will take place at The Pie Piper on K'Road from 8am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday.
A Boozy Bottomless High Tea
Been around the usual circle of bottomless brunch spots in Auckland? You'll be ecstatic to hear there's a new venue this weekend, and it's one of the city's most divine rooftop bars – The Glass Goose. Kickstarting the first weekend of their infamous Spring Blossom Wonderland is the first instalment of their Boozy Bottomless High Tea, with live DJs on deck and treats from Little Bird Organics, The Raw Kitchen, and Real Rad Food. There's still room to grab your ticket for this Saturday – the party kicks off at 1pm in the gorgeous cherry blossom-covered courtyard! You can reserve your group's table here and pay on the day, otherwise head along anytime this weekend to experience their seasonal cocktails and 'grammable set-up.

Smales Farm Market Is Back
One of Auckland's hottest precincts for eateries and bars is back with their Sunday Markets, featuring some of the best vendors you'll find this side of the shore. From the masterminds behind the Coatesville Market and the Auckland Plant Market comes the Smales Farm Market, taking place every second Sunday of the month. Smales Farm will be hosting their market from 9am - 2pm this Sunday (just in time for Level 1!), with an impressive stack of organic produce, sustainable goods, and artisanal goodies from across the city.
