Whether you are sharing some delicious grazing plates around the fire in the bar or sitting down for a delicious dinner, our dedicated front of house crew will look after you. Our kitchen team led by owner Executive Chef Rob Hope is full of exceptional talent with Christian Swarbrick, Nathan Russel and Jakob Kerr creating seasonal menus to tempt the tastebuds. With an emphasis on good local Canterbury produce with influences from Europe, our menus are full of flavour and always delight our customers. Our fresh fish of the day is always a popular choice but the outstanding favourite would be our grass fed beef fillet glazed with mustard served with confit baby vegetable, potato gratain, jus and mustard cream.
