Our food and beverage offering acknowledges our independence and our appreciation of quality. Fresh & local craft beer, real ale, cider and kombucha flowing from 30 taps over two bars, with a 6 tank community brewery on site, nearly 50 wines from regions and countries that are synonymous with varietal excellence, an extensive gin selection enhanced with botanics fresh from the kitchen garden, single malts to enjoy around the fire, and a range of cocktails to sip in our lounge. A modern seasonal sharing menu by chef Ollie Philp and an artisan pizza napoletana menu by our resident pizzaiolo, both with a focus on showcasing quality, locally sourced produce.
